Finding Vignettes to Help With CodingIf you’re having a hard time getting started with a package, you can run vignette().First we’ll load in some packages
This will return all the vignettes available for the packages you have loaded.
This opens another tab in RStudio that shows, per package, which functions have vignettes. Here, I am going to choose the Moran.I to use as an example. Make sure to spell it the exact waythat it is spelled in the vignette() output tab.
This will open, for this example, a pdf. Not all vignettes will be pdfs though. These will show youexamples of how to run those functions.Density Plot LoopSean SultaireOctober 12, 2015
