Citation for an R packageSteven GraySeptember 22, 2015Using the following function you can quickly call for the citation of a given package. This can be a more efficient method than locating the manual online. I will use the gridExtra package as an example. setwd(“C:/Users/graystev/Documents/FW_870_Spatial_Ecology/Lab_2”) options(repos = c(CRAN = “http://cran.rstudio.com”)) library(gridExtra)

Remove Visual ClutterContributor: Emily Dolson Here's the code I use to remove visual clutter from plots in ggplot(). Here I'm demonstrating it with a scatter plot of the mtcars data, but the stuff after geom_point() is the important part
You can use this general structure to change instead of removing graph elements. For instance, say we want grey grid lines. We can set panel.grid.minor (panel.grid.major looks silly in this example) to be a line element with color grey. We can even get crazy and change the background color!
